In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "td222", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the td222 Platform at td222.ws.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the td222 Platform.
• "Platform" refers to the td222 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services accessible at td222.ws.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you on the td222 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in your td222 account wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately designated.

td222 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied, with or without prior notice.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the td222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment instruments, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account. td222 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach, you must notify td222 support immediately at [email protected].

td222 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request and may also be triggered at td222's discretion at any stage of account activity.

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement, or card statement)
• Source of funds documentation where transaction volumes warrant enhanced due diligence

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by td222 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure. td222 reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your td222 account are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. td222 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified td222 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times which vary by payment method. td222 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published on the Payments page of the Platform.
• td222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is substantial or where account activity appears unusual.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming wallet. Players are advised to verify deposit amounts before confirming transactions.
• td222 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

td222 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all td222 promotions include the following:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible, verified account holders only. Bonuses are not available to users who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your td222 wallet. Real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Coordinated bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic staking designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and derived winnings.

All sports bets placed on the td222 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. Cricket betting — including PSL, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — is governed by the td222 Cricket Betting Rules published on the Platform. All bets are accepted subject to the published maximum payout limits.

With respect to casino games, all RNG titles on the td222 Platform use certified random number generators. Results of all games are final once the round is complete. In the case of a technical failure mid-game, td222 will follow its technical failure procedures as detailed on the Platform. Live dealer game results are determined in real time and are recorded; any disputes must be raised with td222 support within 24 hours of the session in question.

td222 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of technical error, data feed error, system malfunction, or where a result was published in error. In such cases, any stake amounts will be returned to the relevant accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the td222 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets
• Match fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any form of collusion with other players or third parties
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or the facilitation of financial crime
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing td222 staff or other users via the Platform, live chat, or email
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the td222 Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be recovered

All content on the td222 Platform — including but not limited to the td222 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of td222 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any td222 intellectual property.

You may not scrape, copy, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the td222 Platform without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of td222 intellectual property may result in legal action.

td222 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the td222 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. td222 does not sell personal data to third parties and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the security of your information.

td222 does not acknowledge the jurisdiction of any consumer complaints body or gaming regulator not recognised by td222's operating licence framework.
